The Public Order Is Awarded In Connection With The Implementation Of A Project Financed Under The Public Procurement Act Under Procedure No. Bg05sfpr003-1.001 Hot Lunch. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Guide Of The Specific Beneficiary For The Execution And Management Of Contracts Under Operation Hot Lunch Should Be Followed, Including The Methodology For Applying Simplified Rules For Reimbursement Based On The Cost Per Unit Of Product - Lunch, Financed By Ph Omp And Ordinance No. Rd-06-53 Of September 17, 2021 On The Terms And Conditions For Determining The Target Groups And Directing Aid Under The Food And Basic Material Assistance Program 2021 - 2027, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. Through This Public Procurement, Meals Will Be Provided In 18 Settlements, In 19 Opened Food Distribution Points On The Territory Of The Kotel Municipality With A Capacity Of Up To 1,800 People Every Working Day. It Is Planned To Provide A Hot Lunch To Up To 1,800 People For 197 Working Days At A Flat Rate Of €1.75 Without Vat / €2.10 With Vat Per Day For The Period From 01.10.2026 To 16.07.2027. Up To 5% Of Food Transport And Storage Costs Are Allowed On This Amount. An Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract Until 12/31/2028 Is Included, Respectively Providing Hot Lunch To Up To 1,800 Persons For Another 363 Working Days At The Same Flat Rate With Up To 5% Of Food Transport And Storage Costs Allowed.
