The Subject Of The Present Procedure Is The Delivery Of Medicinal Products By Dosage Form And Unit Of Measure, Included In Appendix No. 2 Of The Positive Drug List (Pls). In The Technical Specification, Medicinal Products Are Divided Into Separate Items, Depending On Their Group According To Atc (Anatomical Therapeutic Code), Inn (International Non-Proprietary Name) And Pharmaceutical Form/Form Of Administration (For Example: Oral, Parenteral Or Other Form). Medicinal Products Are From Different Groups Of Medicines Necessary For The Overall Treatment Activity Of The Hospital. The Quality Of Medicinal Products Should Meet The Requirements Set Forth By The Standardization Documents Of The European Union, The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Manufacturer Or Equivalent, As Follows: Commission Directive (Eu) 2017/1572 Of September 15, 2017 Supplementing Directive 2001/83/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Regarding The Principles And Guidelines For Good Manufacturing Practice For Medicinal Products For Human Use, Law On Medicinal Products In Human Medicine And Ordinance No. 15 Of April 17, 2009 On The Conditions For Issuing A Production/Import Permit And The Principles And Requirements For Good Manufacturing Practice Of All Types Of Medicinal Products, Medicinal Products For Clinical Trials And Active Substances. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimated, Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption, The Number Of Patients And The Needs Of The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Planned Period For The Execution Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Estimated Estimated Quantities In Their Entirety.
