The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of An Object Reconstruction Of The Street Network, Sidewalks And Approaches To The Properties On Tsar Ivan Asen Street Financed With Funds Under Administrative Contract No. 16/G.6/03/005333-С01 For Grant-In-Aid Under The Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture In The Rural Areas Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Period 2023-2027. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. The Following Types Of Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1/ Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Scope Of Construction Supervision Activities During Construction Is According To Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Site Is Put Into Operation; 2/ Performing The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; 3/ Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; 4/ Preparation And Registration Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of December 28, 2006 For Technical Passports Of Constructions. 5/ Submission Of The Necessary Documents For The Appointment Of A Reception Committee. 6/ The Selected Contractor Is Also Obliged To Carry Out The Activity Exercising Construction Supervision During The Removal Of Manifested Hidden Defects During The Minimum Warranty Periods Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Object, Determined According To Order No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites And According To The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor Appointed To Carry Out Cmr Of The Object. The Warranty Periods Begin To Run From The Date Of Commissioning, Certified By An Appropriate Document Issued By The Competent Authorities. The Warranty Periods Do Not Run And Are Extended By The Time During Which The Construction Had A Manifested Defect, Until Its Removal.
