1. The Subject Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Medical Examinations And Tests: 1.1. Examination By A Specialist In Internal Medicine - Taking Anamnesis And General Health Status, Performing And Reading Ecg And Rr, Registering Circulatory Diseases, Measuring Pulse, Weight And Height; 1.2. Examination By An Ophthalmologist - Determination Of Visual Acuity, Examination With An Autorefractometer, Examination Of Eye Pressure Without The Use Of Medication And, If Necessary, Issuing A Prescription With A Prescription For Vision Correction; 1.3. Clinical Laboratory Tests - Complete Blood Count, Which Includes The Following Tests: Leukocytes Wbc, Neutrophils, Basophils, Eosinophils, Monocytes, Lymphocytes, Hemoglobin, Erythrocytes, Hematocrit, Mcv, Mch, Mchc, Rdw, Platelets, Platelets, Pdw, Pct. 3. Periodic Medical Examinations And Tests Will Be Performed Once For The Duration Of The Contract - In The First Year According To A Schedule Agreed Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor At The Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Exception Of The Examination Under Item 1.2, Which Is Performed Every Year For The Duration Of The Contract. The Schedule For Carrying Out The Medical Examinations And Tests Will Be Prepared By The Contractor Together With The Contractor Within 14 Days Of Signing The Contract For Awarding The Performance Of The Public Procurement. The Performance Of The Services Must Begin Within 30 (Thirty) Days Of Signing The Schedule.
