First: That The Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute Is Part Of The Network Of Public Health Establishments And That, Since 2010, It Has Held The Status Of A Self-Managed Network Establishment, Which Implies Greater Technical And Management Complexity In The Procedures That Are Developed In This Institution And Has Also Been Established As A Public Institution Of National Reference And Of Excellence In The Treatment Of Highly Complex Neurosurgical Pathologies; Second: That The Institute Of Neurosurgery Requires The Acquisition Of Supply Of Downs To Manage Dedicated And Universal Solutions With Loan Of Equipment, For The Institute Of Neurosurgery Dr. Asenjo, For Different Clinical Services According To Pac 2026, Permanently And For A Period Of 48 Months, In Order To Provide Timely And Adequate Compliance With The Care Needs Of Its Beneficiary Patients, For Which It Is Necessary To Initiate The Administrative Process Of A Bankruptcy Nature Through A Call For Public Bidding; Third: That It Is Necessary To Ensure The Transparency Of This Process And Know The Supply Conditions Existing In The Market, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations; Fourth: That There Are No Framework Agreements Signed By The Public Procurement And Contracting Directorate That Are Applicable To The Purpose Of This Tender; Fifth: That According To The Budget Estimates, The Bidding Process Regulated By These Bases Will Not Exceed 7,700 Utm (Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Monthly Tax Units), Taxes Included; Sixth: That There Are Suppliers In The Market That Meet The Necessary Requirements To Provide The Required Goods And In Use Of The Powers Conferred On Me By Current Regulations, I Issue The Following Resolution;
