The Products Offered Must Be New, Original, Fully Comply With The Required Technical Specifications, Have The Corresponding Authorizations, Health Records And Certifications, When Required By Current Regulations, And Maintain An Adequate Validity For Their Use. The Delivery Must Be Made In A Single Opportunity, Within The Period Offered By The Successful Bidder, In The Place Or Places Determined By The Municipal Corporation For The Social Development Of Villa Alemana, And All Of The Awarded Supplies Must Be Delivered, Correctly Packaged And Accompanied By The Corresponding Documentation, Remaining In A Condition To Be Received And Used By The Health Establishments. The Reception Of The Products Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Procedure Established In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, Verifying Compliance With The Technical Specifications, Quantities, Conservation Conditions, Expiration Dates And Other Requirements Required For Acceptance.
