The Objective Of This Contract Is To Sign A Supply Agreement For The Service Of “Maintenance, Conservation And Technical Modifications To Every Event Of The Traffic Light Network Of The Community Of Puerto Varas”, Which Allows Guaranteeing The Continuous, Safe And Efficient Operation Of All Traffic Light Devices And Associated Elements Existing In The Commune. The Above, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 94 Of Law No. 18,290, Which Establishes The Responsibility Of Municipalities In The Installation And Maintenance Of Traffic Signage, Except In Those Cases In Which Said Competence Corresponds To The Ministry Of Public Works.
