The Agreement Will Allow For An Agile And Efficient Contracting Mechanism, Ensuring The Continuity Of The Service, The Correct Attention To Health Situations That Could Affect The Community And Compliance With Current Environmental And Health Regulations. The Technical, Administrative And Economic Conditions Of The Service Are Detailed In These Bases And Their Annexes, Which Will Be Mandatory For The Bidders And The Successful Bidder.
