• The Illustrious Municipality Of Arauco, Through The Community Development Directorate (Dideco), Requires Contracting A Comprehensive Cleaning, Inspection And Maintenance Service For Home Stove Pipes In Different Sectors Of The Commune, With The Purpose Of Preventing Risks Associated With The Accumulation Of Soot And Other Combustible Waste, Improving The Safety, Habitability And Thermal Efficiency Conditions Of The Benefited Homes. The Service Includes The Execution Of Home Interventions That Include The Cleaning Of Ducts And Pipes, The Technical Review Of Their Operating Status And The Performance Of Minor Repairs When Appropriate, Contributing To The Proper Functioning Of Heating Systems And Reducing Risks For Families In The Commune Of Arauco. The Agreement Will Be Valid Until December 31, 2026, Or Until The Available Budget Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First.
