The City Of Issy-Les-Moulineaux And The Ccas Of Issy-Les-Moulineaux Have Decided To Join Forces, Via A Group Of Orders, To Award This Contract. The Coordinator Of This Group Is The City Of Issy-Les-Moulineaux. The Contract Consists Of A Participation Agreement For The Implementation Of Additional Insurance Coverage, Covering The Risks Of Incapacity For Work And All Or Part Of The Risks Of Disability And Linked To Death. Subscription Will Be In The Form Of A Collective Contract With Compulsory Membership In Accordance With Current Legislation (Except In Specific Cases Of Exemption) Instead Of Optional Membership. The Contract Holder Will Be Responsible For Insurance, Steering And Management Of Collective Insurance Contracts With Compulsory Membership, Those Of Pse (Options Within The Meaning Of The Public Procurement Code) And Additional Guarantees With Optional Membership.
