Architectural And Related Services – Designing In Connection With The Renovation Of The Rp Rest Rooms And The Instructors Room On The Operating Theater Floor. Preparation Of Complete Project Documentation For The Complete Interior Layout And Modernization Of The Air Traffic Controllers Rest Rooms, The Instructors Room And The Sanitary Units On Floor 3, In Block 4 In The Building Of The Unified Center (Ec) For Air Traffic Control (Atc), With The Main Goal Of Creating Conditions For A Phased And Effective Renovation Of The Premises And Improving The Working Environment For The Operational Staff. The Services Will Be Provided In Three Stages, Including Two Design Phases, As Follows: Stage 1: Pre-Design Studies, Including The Activities In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Employer; Stage 2 Conceptual Project: Including A Preparatory Stage With Preparation Of At Least 3 Variants Of Conceptual Solutions For The Functional Distribution, Aesthetic Layout And Interior Appearance Of The Spaces, And Preparation Of A Conceptual Project Based On The Approved Conceptual Solution, In Scope And With Content As Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority; Stage 3: Working Project Based On The Approved Conceptual Project Of Stage 2, In Scope And Content As Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Employer.
