The Assistance Scheme For The Self-Employed Is Laid Down In The Decree On Assistance For The Self-Employed 2004 (Bbz 2004). This Scheme Supports Starting Self-Employed People With A Benefit With Starting Capital And/Or A Periodic Benefit For Subsistence And Guidance. In Addition, The Scheme Offers Credit Options (Working Capital) And/Or A Periodic Subsistence Allowance For Established And Terminating Self-Employed Persons. Self-Employed People Who Are In Circumstances In Need Of Social Assistance Or Who Are In Danger Of Becoming So (In The Foreseeable Future) Can Belong To The Target Group Of This Scheme. When Applying For Assistance From Established Self-Employed Persons, The Company(S) Must Also Be Tested For Viability, Whereby The Necessity For Assistance And The Amount Of Any Credit Requirement Must Be Determined. Prior To Or Following The Assessment, There May Be A Need For Targeted Advice On Adjustments In Business Operations That Are Expected To Make The Company(S) Viable. Advice And Assessment Of Ioaz Applications The Benefit Based On The Income Provision Act For Older And Partially Disabled Former Self-Employed Persons (Ioaz Benefit) Is A Benefit For Older Self-Employed Persons From The Age Of 55 Who Intend To Stop Their Work As A Self-Employed Person.
