Investigations Have Shown That There Is A Historically Valuable Marbled Surface In Places Beneath The Asbestos-Containing Plaster. These Areas Are To Be Renovated By A Specialized Company And The Historical Surface Is To Be Uncovered. The Property Is Subject To The Assessment Of The Cantonal Monument Preservation (Kdp). Due To The Degree Of Protection Of The Building And The Surrounding Area, Monument Preservation Is Involved In The Planning Process.
