Public-Service Buses – Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Up To 200 City Standard Buses. The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Up To 100 Units Of Diesel Buses And Up To 100 Units Of Mild-Hybrid Buses For City Lines And To Provide Related Performance For The Contracting Authority. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of Five (5) Years, With One Selected Supplier. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Regulation Of Mutual Rights And Obligations With Regard To The Awarding Of Sectoral Public Contracts On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement. The Subject Of Individual Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement Will Be The Supply Of A Maximum Of 100 Units Of Diesel Buses And A Maximum Of 100 Units Of Mild-Hybrid Buses For City Lines According To Pid Quality Standards - Pid Buses, Equipped With A Check-In And Information System (Ois), According To The Request Of The Contracting Authority. These Are City Low-Floor Buses. Mild-Hybrid Buses Must Meet The Definition Of A Low-Emission Vehicle Category M3 According To § 3 Paragraph C) Of Act 360/2022 Coll. (Act On The Support Of Low-Emission Vehicles Through The Awarding Of Public Contracts And Public Services In Passenger Transport), I.E. It Must Be A Vehicle With A Mild-Hybrid Drive In A Combination Of A Diesel Engine And A Non-Peripheral Electrical Device As An Energy Converter With An Energy Storage System Charged Both Electrically And From An External Source.
