The Subject Of This Over-The-Limit Contract For The Provision Of Services Is The Implementation Of A Platform For Library And Information Services, Including A Discovery/Search Tool (Hereinafter Referred To As The System/Lsp) Intended For The Automation And Management Of Library And Information Processes At The Uk (Installation - Parameterization, Configuration And Adjustment, Registration Of Library Units, Loans, Management Of Electronic Information Resources, Data Migration From The Current Library And Information System, As Well As After The End Of Technical Support, Training, Hosting And Others) And Technical Support And License For The System/Lsp During Implementation And For 5 Years (Or 8 Years After Exercising The Option For Another 3 Years) After Its Deployment Into Routine Operation. The Contracting Authority Requires The System/Lsp To Be Implemented As Software/System As A Service (Saas) And Hosted In The Cloud/Saas Environment Of The Successful Bidder.
