By Contracting This Service, We Also Want To Achieve Other Very Important Objectives Such As The Hygiene Of The Areas, The Aesthetics And Integration Into The Urban Landscape, The Recreational Value Of The Facilities And, Finally, The Comfort And Convenience Of Both Children, Adults And Young People As Well As Their Companions And Caregivers. In Order To Use Common Terms In This Document, For The Purposes Of This Contract, They Are Called: Childrens Areas: A Set Of Grouped Play Elements, Intended For Minors, Which May Or May Not Have Other Accessory Elements Such As Enclosure, Posters, Benches, Trash Cans, Etc., Intended To Complement It. Senior Areas: Set Of Elements Intended For Use By Seniors To Perform Gentle Exercises, Which Have Nothing To Do With Gymnastics Or Training Items, Studied So That They Cannot Cause Injuries Or Damage To Seniors. These Areas Are Planned As Urban Meeting Spaces For The Elderly Who, While Doing Exercises, Have A Place To Socialize, And Present A Stimulus To Improve Their Quality Of Life. Elementary Sports Circuits: Set Of Elements Intended For Use By Adults To Carry Out Sports Activities That Can Be Carried Out Without The Need For Supervision By A Coach. Canine Areas: Areas Composed Of A Perimeter Fence And May Contain, In Some Cases, Different Exercise Elements For Dogs. The Conservation Of Equipment Areas In Privately Owned Facilities Or Areas Is Excluded, Such As Schools, Residences, Sports Facilities And, In General, Any Facility That Is Not Located On Land Of Public Domain And Use, And Is Freely Accessible To Citizens.
