Construction Work – Construction Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service With The Headquarters Of The Rescue And Firefighting Unit In Nysa. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Construction Of A New Headquarters Of The District Headquarters And The State Fire Service In Nysa Together With The Rescue And Firefighting Unit. The Construction Plan Includes The Construction Of: A) The Building Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service And The Rescue And Firefighting Unit, B) The Building Of The Crisis Warehouse, C) The Building Providing Emergency Humanitarian Aid, D) A Free-Standing Training Staircase, E) A Retention Reservoir, F) Technical Infrastructure And Land Development. The Planned Complex Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Nysa Is Included In The Third Category Of State Fire Service District Headquarters And Includes The Construction And Equipment Of A Set Of Facilities Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development; The Contractors Obligations Are Indicated In The Swz Together With All Annexes, Including The Procedure Documentation (Including The Agreement); And Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Information Provided There And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And Any Annexes To The Above-Mentioned. Documents. 3.1. The Subject Of The Agreement Covers The Entire Investment Process, Including The Execution Of Construction Works, Delivery And Assembly Of All Machines, Devices, Installations Along With Their Commissioning (Mechanical And Technological Commissioning), Achievement Of Appropriate Control Parameters And Employee Training, As Well As Submission Of Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation And Relevant Instructions, Acceptance Of Construction Works And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit. 3.2. The Contractor Will Conduct Comprehensive Training Of The Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party Before Reporting Readiness For Final Acceptance. The Training Will Cover At Least The Operation Of The Technologies Used, Hvac, Bms, Security Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control, And Emergency Procedures. Training Protocols Constitute An Acceptance Document. 3.3. The Above Description Is Only General In Scope.
