The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Narol Municipal Purchasing Group For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of An Agreement Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. 2. The Commune Of Narol And The Entities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure Under An Open Tender For The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Metane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Narol Municipality For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions. Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz: 1) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is 39,838,598 Kwh. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.
