This Is A Composite Contract Corresponding Partly To An Ordinary Contract And Partly To A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The Contract Is Made Up Of: - A Part With A Global And Fixed Price For Regular Cleaning Services, - A Part With Purchase Orders, For Services Not Provided For In The Fixed Price, Due To The Impossibility For The Contracting Authority To Define The Pace And Extent Of Needs. These Services Will Be Paid For On Purchase Orders By Application Of The Prices Appearing In The Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.) With No Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Order Amount Of 15,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax.
