This Framework Agreement Includes The Following Services: - Collection Of Omr, - Washing Of Omr Bins, - Collection Of Cartons And Their Emptying At The Smm Recycling Center, - Management, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Transfer Dock, - Management Of The Weighbridge, - Transport Of Omr From The Transfer Dock, - Transport Of Omr Collected In The Smm Commune Without Break In Load, - Management, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Site Outside The Dock Transfer. This Framework Agreement Is Composite. It Includes: Part No. 1: Fixed-Rate Services - A Flat-Rate Part By Application Of The Fixed Prices Indicated In The Breakdown Of The Global And Fixed Price (Dpgf) Carried Out Under The Conditions Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). This Fixed Part Includes In Particular The Services Of “Regular” Omr Collection, Regular Washing Of Omr Bins And Management, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Site Outside The Transfer Dock. Part N°2: Services Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders - A Part By Purchase Orders By Application Of The Unit Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) Carried Out Under The Conditions Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). This Part With Purchase Orders Includes In Particular The “Additional” Omr Collection Services (Events), Occasional Washing Of Omr Bins, Collection Of Boxes, Management, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Omr Transfer And Transport Dock. In Accordance With Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, Only The Part Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Is Subject To A Maximum Amount. Maximum Amount Of The Part Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders: 2,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement (4 Years). This Framework Agreement Is Concluded From 01/12/26 (Or Its Date Of Notification If This Is Later) For A Period Of 4 Years
