The Subject Of Procurement Is Technical Protection System Maintenance Services, Which Includes The Maintenance And Upgrading Of Video Surveillance Systems And Anti-Burglary-Anti-Assault Systems With Access Control Installed In Post Offices And Other Facilities Of The Client, As Well As The Delivery Of Spare Parts And Equipment (Hereinafter: Technical Protection System Maintenance) In Accordance With The Description, Scope And Quantities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of Procurement, Minimum Technical Characteristics Of The Equipment, Cost Sheet And Procurement Documentation. Maintenance Of The Technical Protection System Includes The Provision Of Services As Follows: - Regular Maintenance, - Extraordinary Maintenance, - Creation Of Project Documentation Of The Performed State Of The Technical Protection System. Delivered And Mounted (Built-In) Spare Parts And Equipment Must Be New And Unused, And Meet All Standards According To Positive Regulations In The Republic Of Croatia. In Accordance With The Law On Private Protection (Official Gazette 16/20, 114/22), The Law On Protection Of Financial Institutions (Official Gazette 56/15, 46/21, 114/22), And Other Positive Regulations And Recognized Rules Of The Profession, The Client Is Obliged To Maintain Technical Protection Systems In Post Offices And Other Facilities Of The Client In Proper Condition. The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Perform The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement In An Orderly, Conscientious And Responsible Manner, With The Attention Of A Good Expert, According To The Highest Professional Standards And Recognized Rules Of The Profession, And In Accordance With The Legal And By-Laws That Regulate The Activity Included In This Procurement Procedure.
