The Service Includes The Preparation, Implementation, Evaluation And Documentation Of The Monitoring Process. This Includes, In Particular, The Selection Of Suitable Study Areas Within The Specified Area Pools Of The State Monitoring System, Necessary Coordination With Land Users And Managers, The Implementation Of Site Surveys In Accordance With The Binding Methodological Specifications, And The Recording And Evaluation Of Population And Habitat-Related Parameters. The Field Work Is To Be Carried Out In The Study Years 2027 And 2028. Each Monitoring Area Must Be Completely Processed Once Within The Contract Period. In Principle, Half Of The Processing Should Take Place In 2027 And 2028; Deviations Of Up To 10% Between The Annual Slices Are Permitted. The Order Extends To A Total Of Eleven Monitoring Areas In Saxony-Anhalt. For Each Monitoring Area, The Specified Areas For Federal Monitoring And The Area Pools For State Monitoring Must Be Processed. An Arable Area Totaling Around 350 Hectares Must Be Examined Regularly Per Monitoring Area; Due To The Specified Mapping Methodology, Around 70 Ha Of This Is The Actual Mapping Area. The Processing Includes The Federal Monitoring Sample Areas Specified In The Monitoring Concept As Well As The Selection Of Suitable Field Plots Within The State Monitoring Area Pools. The Mapping Must Be Carried Out According To The Vegetation And Crop Development Within The Technically Specified Recording Periods. The Order Also Includes The Entry And Processing Of All Collected Data As Well As The Creation Of An Interim Report For The 2027 Investigation Year And A Final Report For The Complete 2027/2028 Monitoring Cycle. In Particular, Reports, Data Tables, Digital Photos, Overview And Topic Maps, Esri Shape Files And Database Files Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Service Description. During The Term Of The Contract, Regular Technical Consultations Take Place With The Client; For This Purpose, Monthly Project Meetings Are Usually Planned At The Clients Headquarters. The Client Provides The Basic Data Specified In The Service Description, Gis Data, Excerpts From The Species Database And The Results Of Previous Monitoring Rounds. The Services Must Be Provided In Such A Way That The Greatest Possible Comparability With Previous Monitoring Runs Is Guaranteed.
