Environmental Services - Removal Of Residual Biomass Outside The Baligówka Peat Bog - Procedure Ii. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Excess Biomass Resulting From The Felling Of Trees From The Dome Of The Baligówka Peat Bog. 2. The Aim Of The Order Is To Improve The Proper Condition Of The Raised Bog By Collecting And Transporting Excess Biomass (Logs, Piles Of Branches, Etc.) Outside The Peat Bog Dome In The Least Invasive Manner Possible And Its Further Management/Disposal. In Annex No. 1 - Opz, Point Iii 7 Describes The Minimum Parameters, Once Achieved, An Improvement In The Condition Of The Peat Bog Is Expected. 3. The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Habitat Of Special Natural Value, Boggy And Wet, With A Diverse Habitat Structure That Is Sensitive To Transformation. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 Of The Opz. 5. Ordering Party - Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act - Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Directed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform Activities Involving Physical Work, Such As: Collecting And Transporting Excess Biomass (Logs, Piles Of Branches, Etc.), If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ Employees On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship During The Term Of The Contract For At Least The Period Of Performance Of The Above-Mentioned Activities.
