The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 7,019,778.25 To The Krośniewice Commune. 4.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 7,019,778.25 For The Krośniewice Commune To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit For 2026 And The Repayment Of Previously Incurred Liabilities Due To Loans And Credits In Accordance With Resolution No. Xxxvi/204/26 Of The City Council In Krośniewice Of June 24, 2026 Regarding The Contracting Of Long-Term Loan. 1) The Day Of Signing The Contract Will Be The Day The Loan Is Made Available To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Or Any Other Parts
