As Part Of The Scope Of Work, The Contractor: 1) Will Prepare Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program And The Documents Listed In Point. 3.2. In Addition: A) Will Ensure Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, B) Will Agree On The Design Documentation With Pzla And Pzpn In Accordance With The Arrangements In The Documentation Attached To The Tender Procedure. 2) Will Carry Out All Activities Related To The Performance Of Construction Works, Taking Into Account The Division Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Into Individual Stages, In Particular: A) Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of The Existing Infrastructure Of The Facility, Preparation Of The Site, Construction Of An Athletics And Football Stadium (Including A Stand, Sports Hall, Hotel, Athletics And Football Infrastructure) Along With Accompanying Infrastructure And Technological Installations And Devices, B) Roads, Parking Lots And Internal Pavements, Elements Landscaping, Lighting And Greenery, C) Delivery And Installation Of Facilities With Equipment And Furniture, Including Sports Equipment, D) Commissioning Of All Devices, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation, E) Providing Advice To Pzpn And Pzla During Construction Works, F) All Elements Of Sports And Accompanying Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Acceptance Of The Facility By Pzla And Pzpn 3) Prepare As-Built Documentation; 4) Obtains Facility Certification By Pzla And Pzpn; 5) Will Transfer The Proprietary Copyright To The Design Documentation And As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party On The Terms Specified In The Contract; 6) Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty And Will Provide Free Service And Maintenance For The Construction Works Performed, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract; 7) Will Provide A Warranty For The Accompanying Infrastructure On The Terms Specified By The Manufacturer. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies: 1) Functional And Utility Program And Architectural Concept. 2) Agreement On The Concept By Pzpn And Pzla 3) Balance Of Demand For Utilities 4) Greenery - Preparation 5) Maps 6) Geology Of The Area 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed With The Contractor On The Basis Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Additional Remuneration In Connection With Authors Supervision And Any Resulting Obligations During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Site Visit. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Carry Out An On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Last Date For Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Cannot Be One Week Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
