This Consultation Concerns The Adaptation And Installation Work Of High Traction Current Systems For Line D Of The Lyon Metro. The Scope Of The Market Is Specified In The Note “Synthetic Description Of The Market” In The Annex To The Consultation Regulations. This Contract Is, Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/25 Eu, A Framework Agreement. This Is A So-Called “Composite” Framework Agreement Concluded With An Economic Operator. It Has 2 Distinct Parts: >An “Ordinary Market” Part, >A “Framework Agreement” Part For Which The Project Owner Uses The Technique Defined In 1° Of Article L2125-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Part Is Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-1 To 6 And 13 To 14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The “Framework Agreement” Part Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Of 4,500,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For Its Entire Duration. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 90 Months From Its Date Of Notification. The Framework Agreement Does Not Include A Renewal Period. The Execution Time For The “Ordinary Market” Part Is 54 Months (Excluding The Warranty Period)
