The Aim Of The Specific Contract Is The Technical Support Of The Production Operation Of The Specialized Information Support System As It Has Been Configured And Beyond The Pilot Implementation Of The Personal Assistant For Persons With Disabilities Service, But Also The Support Of The Users At The 2Nd Level Of Technical Support Throughout The Operation Of The Extension Of The Project Implementation, In The Time Horizon Of The Present Contract More Specifically, According To Kya 28458/2022 Implementation Of The Pilot Program Personal Assistant For People With Disabilities, For The Needs Of The Program The Following Information Systems Operate At Opeca: (A) Support Information System, Which Supports The Operational Operation Of The Program And Specifically The Process Of Submitting Applications For Inclusion Of Beneficiaries In The Program, Their Selection Process, The Operation Of The Special Interdisciplinary Evaluation Committees, The Applications For Inclusion And The Operation Of The Personal Register Assistants, The Selection Of A Personal Assistant By Each Beneficiary, The Monitoring And Certification Of The Provision Of Personal Assistance As Well As The Payment Of The Corresponding Compensations, (B) Information System For The Management Of The Training Of Personal Assistants. The Personal Assistant Training Management Information System Covers The Training Needs Of Personal Assistants And Their Certificates Of Completion. The Prospective Contractor Is Invited During This Contract To Provide The Following Services Related To The Information Support System: A. Support Of The Users Of The Information Support System During The Period After The End Of The Pilot Operation And For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months, Through The Provision Of Specialized Services Per User Category Such As, 1) The Authorized Users Of The Information System Who Have Access With Administrator Credentials On Behalf Of The Involved Bodies Of The Program, 2) The Members Of The Special Evaluation Committees And 3) Support Of Specialized Requests That Come From The Helpdesk Of The Pilot Program And Concern Important Technical Issues Faced By The Beneficiaries – People With Disabilities And Personal Assistants. The Contractor Will Undertake Full Support For The Entire Duration Of The Application Period, Making Use Of The Application For Receiving And Reporting Problems Through The Ticketing System As Well As The Special Support Process That Has Been Created For The Needs Of The Pilot Program Within The Helpdesk. The Prospective Contractor Will Inform The Contracting Authority And The Project Operator On A Monthly Basis Through The Creation Of Monthly User Technical Support Progress Reports. In Addition, The Prospective Contractor Will Undertake The Updating For The Duration Of The Project Of User Manuals Which Will Be Available And Accessible To All Categories Of Administrator Users. P
