While the documents are free to download and inspect, any bidder intending to formally submit a bid must pay the corresponding non-refundable fee specified in Paragraph 01. The payment must be deposited into the University Bank Account (Bank: Peoples Bank, Branch: Ratmalana, Account No: 080-1-001-3-0002557). The original bank deposit receipt/payment confirmation must be enclosed inside the sealed outer envelope of the bid submission. Bids submitted without the valid original payment receipt shall be rejected as non-responsive during preliminary examination.
