The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Antenna Installations For The Base Station Of The Tetra Radio Communication System At The State Forests, Fire Detection Facility. Zloty Potok. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And 3.1.1 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Design, Bill Of Quantities, Where The Bill Of Quantities Is Helpful In Calculating The Offer Price. The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Described In The Annexes. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, I.E. 24 Months From The Date Of The Acceptance Report. The Ordering Party Requires That All Costs Related To Warranty Service Be Borne By The Contractor During The Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Do Not Include: Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirements Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Mandatory On-Site Inspection Of The Planned Works Area.
