Tenders Are Invited For Zzk-Nz/241/3408/72/26 Renovation Works In Municipal Residential Premises - Vacant Buildings Located In Wrocław, As Part Of The Government Municipal Construction Program - 2 Tasks.

1) Task No. 1 – Ul. Dolnobrzeska 16/7, Dolnobrzeska 16A/8 The Scope Of The Order In Individual Premises Includes: 1) Bricklaying And Plastering Works, Flooring, Flooring, Carpentry, Cladding And Painting Works, 2) Sanitary Installation Works With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 3) Electrical Installation Works With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 4) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation For Each Residential Premises In The Scope Specified In § 3 Section 1 Point 17) Of The Contract Template. The Implementation Of The Order In Question Is Carried Out Within The Framework Of Non-Returnable Construction Support From The Subsidies Fund, I.E. Co-Financing By Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The Purpose Of The Order Is Not Only To Carry Out Reconstruction Works, But Also To Increase The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Premises By Using Materials Of Appropriate Quality And Durability, As Well As Supporting Thermal Modernization And Adapting The Equipment Of The Premises To Applicable Regulations, E.G. By Using Window And Balcony Joinery With The Heat Transfer Coefficient Of Windows/Balcony Doors Uw = 0.9 W/M2k.
