1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants In The Długosiodło Commune In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Permits To Perform Works By Submitting Applications Or Obtaining Construction Permits With The Required Annexes (Including Notifications Or Water Permits And Arrangements With The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection, Permission To Carry Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register, Archaeological Supervision - If Required By The Relevant Authorities) In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law To The Starosta Of Wyszków County. All Facilities Should Be Designed And Constructed In A Manner Architecturally Harmonized With The Existing Landscape And Other Facilities. In The Event Of A Collision With Existing Technical Infrastructure Devices, Their Reconstruction Or Protection Should Be Designed And Implemented. The Contractor Will Obtain The Necessary Administrative Decisions, In Particular: • A Certificate From The Territorially Competent Water Supervision Authority On The Lack Of Objection To The Construction Of A Water Facility Or A Water Permit Decision, • Notification Of The Intention To Build Or A Permit To Build A Sewage Treatment Plant From The Local Starosta, • A Decision On Development Conditions, • Arrangements With The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection, • A Derogation From The Ban On Collecting Sewage In Flood Areas. The Contractor Will Also Obtain All Other Permits, Arrangements And Approvals Required By Law For The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants. The Ordering Party Will Indicate An Additional Location Or Reduce The Scope Of The Task In The Event Of A Negative Decision. 1.2. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 50 Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants Using Rotating Bed Technology. The Treatment Plant Tank Consists Of A Monolithic Tank With At Least Three Separate Chambers - A Primary Settling Tank, A Zone With A Rotating Bed, And A Secondary Settling Tank.
