1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings On Provincial Road No. 579 - Procedure No. 141/262. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Part Iii Of The Swz) And General Conditions For Contracts For The Performance Of Construction Works (Part Iv Of The Swz). 3. If The Occupation Of The Road Lane Will Affect Road Traffic Or Limit Visibility On The Road Or Result In The Need To Introduce Changes To The Existing Organization Of Vehicle Or Pedestrian Traffic To An Extent Not Provided For In The Temporary Traffic Organization Designs Made Available By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should Prepare, At Its Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project To Secure The Works Carried Out In The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Services In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision. On This Management (Journal Of Laws 2003, No. 177, Item 1729). All Costs Related To The Introduction Of Traffic Organization Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of Services, The Traffic Organization Design Should Be Updated By The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis. The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Services Must Be Approved By The Traffic Management Authority (Department Of Real Estate And Infrastructure Of The Masovian Voivodeship Marshals Office). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Permanent Traffic Organization.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
