The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Two Warehouse Rooms In An Existing Farm Building At Ul. Targowa 19 In Krzepice, Plot No. 817/10. Scope Of Works: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Floor Made Of Concrete Blocks And Laying A New Floor Made Of Concrete Cubes, 2) Disassembly Of Steel Gates And Doors With Installation Of New Joinery, 3) Dismantling Of Windows With Installation Of New Joinery And Window Sills Along With Replacing Steel Grates Protecting The Windows From The Market Square, 4) Bricking Up Existing Recesses Inside The Rooms, 5) Making Air Vents, 6) Replenishing Plasters On Internal And External Walls With Painting Walls, 7) Painting Ceilings, 8) Replacing Gutters And Roof Downpipes, 9) Replacing The Lightning Protection System, 10) Constructing A New Electrical Installation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Attached Technical Documentation For The Renovation. Acceptance Documentation Must Be Presented For Acceptance, Including Technical Data Sheets Of The Materials Used, Warranty Cards, Tests Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Construction Qualifications. A Lump Sum Remuneration Is Payable Once. Note The Ordering Party Emphasizes That Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration, It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Prepare The Bill Of Quantities For The Offer Valuation Based On The Attached Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Explanations Provided By The Ordering Party And Field Inspection Of The Facility. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An Inspection As A Condition For Participation In The Proceedings. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated Solely As Information And Cannot Be The Basis For Preparing A Valuation Of The Offer Or Serve To Justify Any Errors In The Valuation And To Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior. It Is An Attachment To The Contract Notice And Is Available On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure.
