1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Rozbity Kamień On A Section With A Length Of 0.286 Km.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Demolition Works (Parts Of Exits And The Road Over The Culvert And The Culvert With A Footing), 2) Earthworks (Excavations And Embankments), 3) Culvert Ø 50 Cm, 4) Reconstruction Of The Road, 5) Reconstruction Of Roadsides. 3. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On Plots With Geod. No. 307, 324, 388, 389/1 Registration District 0019 Broken Stone In The Bielany Commune, Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship. 4. The Section Of The Road In Question Is Located In A Built-Up Area, And Along The Road There Are Single-Family And Farm Buildings As Well As Meadows And Agricultural Land. The Road Has A 4.0 M Wide Bituminous Surface, And On Both Sides Of The Road There Are Dirt Shoulders, Greenery And Slopes. There Are Also Dirt And Paved Exits To Adjacent Plots. At Km Approx. 0+283, There Is A Ø 50 Cm Culvert Across The Road. The Project Includes Land Infrastructure Networks: Water Supply Network, Telecommunications Network And Electricity Network.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Opz - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, 2) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
