4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Electrical Installations Involving The Reconstruction Of The Building In Order To Improve Fire Protection Conditions. 4.1.1 The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Making Grooves For Cables And Pipes, 2) Grouting The Grooves, 3) Laying Pipes, 4) Laying Cables In Grooves, Pipes And Installation Strips, 5) Installation Of A Smoke Exhaust Control Unit, 6) Installation Of Smoke Detectors, Smoke Exhaust Buttons, 7) Connecting Cables, 8) Carrying Out Measurements, 1. 9) Starting The System.4.1.2 Notes: A) The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Stwior, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. B) Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Are Attached To This Specification As Auxiliary Material To Be Used At The Contractors Discretion. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Only Specifies The Approximate Scope Of Works To Be Performed To Complete The Order, Thus Making It Easier To Calculate The Price. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Basis For Subsequent Settlement Of The Contract, Because The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration Is Adopted, I.E. The Contract Price Is Not Subject To Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Price Of The Subject Of The Order Should Include All Works, Including Those Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities And Resulting From The Specific Nature And Technology Of The Works. C) The Price Of The Offer Should Be Calculated In The Offer Cost Estimate, Because The Contractor Whose Offer Is Recognized As The Most Advantageous Is Obliged To Submit A Cost Estimate Together With A List Of Price Factors To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. The Attached Cost Estimate Does Not Specify The Scope Of The Contractors Material Obligation, It Is Only Used To Calculate The Amount Of Remuneration Due To The Contractor If The Ordering Party Obtains Funding, Withdraws From The Contract Or Resigns From Performing Part Of The Subject Of The Contract. Note: The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Attach A Cost Estimate To The Offer. D) Limiting Disruptions To The Work Of The Municipal Office/District Office To The Minimum Necessary. E) In The Event Of Works Being Carried Out While The Building Is Open To Visitors, The Safety Of Visitors And Employees Should Be Ensured And Any Disruptions Resulting From The Works Should Be Limited To The Minimum Necessary. The Contractor Is Also Liable For Legal Consequences For Any Damage Incurred During The Work. F) At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Cost Estimate Prepared Using The Detailed Calculation Method, Consistent With The Unit Prices And Price Factors Given In The Offer; 4.3 Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Suc
