The Task Was Divided Into Three Parts: A) Part I: Transport Of Students Along With Providing Care To The Primary School In Sokół And Transport Of Students Immediately After Classes To Their Place Of Residence In The School Year 2026/2027. Lease Of A Bus Belonging To The Sokoły Commune Officeb)Part Ii: Transport Of Students With Disabilities And Providing Care To The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Perki Karpiach And Transport Of Students Immediately After Classes To Their Place Of Residence In The School Year 2026/2027.C)Part Iii: Transport Of Students With Disabilities And Providing Care To The Special Center School And Educational Center Named After Saint John Paul Ii In Długobórz, Together With Providing Care And Transport Of Students Immediately After Classes To Their Place Of Residence In The School Year 2026/2027.2. Part I Of The Order Includes Transport Of Students And Providing Care To The Primary School In Sokoły In The Number Of 280 People Using Their Own Transport And Transport Of Students Immediately After Classes To Their Place Of Residence In The School Year 2026/2027 A) List Of Towns And The Number Of Students Covered By Transport To The School Primary School In Sokoły Is Attached As Annex No. 11 To Swz. B) Students Will Be Transported By The Contractors Means Of Transport And One School Bus - Autosan Type A 0909L, Registration Number Bwm L978, Body Number Suasw3afp3s680253, Engine Number 269139, Year Of Production 2003 - Which Is Owned By The Ordering Party And Which Will Be Leased By The Contractor. The Bus Rental Fee Is Pln 800.00/1 Month. C) The Service Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday, Excluding School Holidays, I.E. Winter Holidays, Christmas Breaks And Holidays Approved By The Minister Of National Education As School Holidays. In The Event Of Making Up For School Classes On Another Day Free From Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport Of Children After Consultation With The Ordering Party. D) Students Will Be Transported Only By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended) And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons. E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Bear All Costs Related To The Repair, Operation, Use And Performance Of Technical Inspections Of The School Bus Leased From The Ordering Party. F) The Contractor Will Provide Seats And Appropriate Conditions For Transported Students. G) The Contractor Will Ensure The Care And Safety Of Students During Boarding, Travel And Disembarkation. H) The Contractor Should Adjust The Travel Time And
