1) The Ordering Party Commissions The Provision Of Services For Families With Children, Including Care Services For Participants Of The Project Katowice Open City - A Helping Hand For The Family Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund +), Priority: Fesl.07.00 - European Funds For Society, Action: Fesl.07.07 - Support For The Family, Children And Youth And Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care, In The Amount Of 7,392 Hours Of Service, But This Number Cannot Be Less Than 6,500 Hours, For At Least 34 Families (48 People: 34F/14M) In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To November 30, 2026 Or Until The Above Number Of Hours Is Used, Subject To §10 Section 12 Of The Draft Contract.2) The Recipients Of The Services Will Be Families Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning.3) The Service Can Be Provided On Working Days (Working Days Should Be Considered As Monday To Friday Inclusive And Saturday), At Various Times Of The Day Depending On The Needs Included In Annex No. 2 To The Contract - Scope Of Services.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
