The Subject Of This Order Is To Act As An Investors Supervision Inspector Over The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Palace In The Center Of Culture - Adaptation Of Part Of The Historic Palace In Nekla For Cultural Purposes.2. In Terms Of General Duties, The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To: 1) Represent The Ordering Party On The Investment Site By Checking The Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Design Documentation, Contract Terms, Applicable Laws, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Inspectors Working Time Should Be Adapted To The Work Schedule.2) Ongoing Cooperation With The Ordering Party, The Designer, The Work Contractor And Participation In Technical Meetings, Construction Councils And Acceptance Of Works, Along With Preparing The Required Notes And Protocols.3) Quality Control Of The Works Performed, Materials, Devices And Technologies Used, And Verification Of Documents Confirming Their Approval For Use, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations.4) Issuing Instructions To The Contractor And The Construction Manager Regarding The Removal Of Identified Defects, Irregularities And Threats, And In Justified Cases, Suspending Works Performed Contrary To The Design Documentation, Legal Provisions Or Principles Of Technical Knowledge.5) Checking And Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And Being Covered, Participation In Tests, Technical Acceptance, Partial And Final Acceptance, And Confirmation Of Completed Works And Removal Of Defects.6) Giving Opinions On Applications Regarding Changes To The Design Documentation, Replacement, Additional And Supplementary Works, Including Verification Of Their Validity And Cost Estimates. Presented By The Contractor.7) Control Of The Correctness Of Keeping Construction Documentation, Including The Construction Log, As-Built Documentation, Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Other Documents Required By Regulations.8) Participation In Inspections Conducted By Authorized Bodies, Supervising The Implementation Of Their Recommendations And Participation In The Final Settlement Of The Investment.9) Supervising The Contractors Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Environmental Protection And Other Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations.10) Ensuring The Participation Of Supervisory Inspectors Of All Required Industries Throughout The Implementation Period Investments And Coordination Of Their Activities.
