The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Children And Students With Free Transport To Kindergartens And Primary Schools, For Which The Managing Body Is The Namysłów Commune, By Purchasing Monthly Tickets - Approximately 546 Tickets Per Month, According To The Attached Indicative List Of Children And Students Transported To Educational Units. The Number Of Transported People Indicated In The List May Change In Individual Months Due To Student Migration. A Change In The Number Of Children And Students During The School Year Will Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Number Of Tickets Actually Ordered By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Contract. Monthly Tickets Will Be Issued By The Contractor On The Basis Of Name Lists Of Persons Entitled To Transport Received From The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Free Use Of Transport, On Each Bus, By An Adult Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Order To Provide Care For Children And Students During Transport, In Accordance With The Obligation Arising From Art. 32 Section 5 And 39 Section 3 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law. Guardians On Individual Transport Routes, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Are Provided By The Directors Of The Units To Which Children Or Students Are Transported. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Regular Transport In The Namysłów Commune - On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport. The Transport Of Students Will Be Carried Out From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, Excluding School Holidays And Breaks In The Work Of Individual Educational Units. Children And Students Should Be Transported To Kindergartens And Schools In Time For Them To Start Classes In Accordance With The Class Schedule, And Picked Up From Them - At Times Agreed With The Directors Of Individual Units. The Contractor Will Maintain Regularity And Punctuality Of Services In Accordance With The Agreed Transport Schedule. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Fully Technically Operational Means Of Transport With A Minimum Number Of Seats Corresponding To The Number Of Children And Students On A Given Route In The Amount Necessary To Complete The Order. Children And Students May Only Be Transported By Means Of Transport That Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons.
