The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Instructor Services For Learning And Improving Swimming Classes At The Rosir Indoor Swimming Pool At Ul. Priest Jałowego 23A In Rzeszów In The Amount Of 720 Hours In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027. Classes Will Be Conducted For Children, Adolescents And Adults On The Days And Opening Hours Of The Swimming Pool, Excluding Public Holidays Specified In Art. 1 Section 1) The Act On Non-Working Days (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 296) And Days Off Resulting From The Swimming Pools Operating Schedule. The Exact Date And Time Of Swimming Lessons And Improvement Classes Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party After The Conclusion Of The Procedure. When Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Fact That The Date Of Classes Resulting From A Given Part May Coincide With The Dates Of Classes Conducted On The Basis Of The Remaining Parts Of The Procedure.
