The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development, Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Draft Changes To The Above-Mentioned Decisions Issued By The Mayor Of Dąbrowa Górnicza On The Terms And Within The Deadlines Specified In The Provisions Of The Draft Contract In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Terms Of Reference.2. The Expected Number Of Draft Decisions During The Duration Of The Contract Is A Maximum Of 155 Pieces, But Not Less Than 40 Pieces.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical And Urban Planning Knowledge, Applicable Law, In Particular: 3.1. Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development.3.2. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116).3.3. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions.4. In 2025, A Total Of 183 Decisions Were Issued On Building And Land Development Conditions And On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments. 2 Changes To The Decision On Development Conditions Were Issued And 1 Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of Development And Land Development Was Prepared In Terms Of The Conditions Referred To In Article 61, Sections 1-6 Of The Spatial Planning And Development Act.
