The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Specialized Vehicle - A Refrigerator, For The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Szczecin, Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026. 2. The Vehicle Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Within The Gross Offer Price, Will Be Insured (Oc + Ac), Registered In The Name Of The Ordering Party By The Contractor And Equipped With A Refrigerated/Isothermal Body - Ready For Use Without Additional Expenses On The Part Of The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Date Of Collection Of The Vehicle Along With A Set Of Documents, Including The Third Party Liability Insurance Policy And The Registration Certificate, And Will Indicate The Exact Pickup Address In The City Of Szczecin. 4. The Contractor Will Collect The Vehicle Together With The Documents And Hand Over The Car On A Working Day, I.E. From Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. 5. The Ordering Party Will Collect The Vehicle At The Place Indicated By The Contractor, Located In The City Of Szczecin.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specification, Which Contains The Minimum Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
