The Contractor Should Act In Accordance With The Provisions Of: • The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1461, As Amended); • Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 4, 2019 On Guaranteed Benefits In The Field Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 237, As Amended);• Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 141, As Amended). Sanitary Transport Of Patients By Anemulance With A Basic Team In A Composition Consistent With The Requirements Of The Act On State Emergency Medical Servicesa) Vehicle Requirements: 1. The Vehicle For The Proper Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Contract Will Be Provided By The Contractor.2. The Means Of Sanitary Transport Should Meet The Technical And Quality Characteristics Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 4, 2019 On Guaranteed Services In The Field Of Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 237, As Amended);3. The Means Of Sanitary Transport Should Be An Emergency Vehicle And Have A Permit From The Ministry Of Internal Affairs To Use Sound Signals In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1251, Consolidated Text Of August 2024, 2019, As Amended).4. The Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance Package Applicable To This Type Of Vehicles Will Be Provided By The Contractor.5. Sanitary Vehicles Should Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.6. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Means Of Sanitary Transport Is Maintained In Proper Technical And Sanitary Condition, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Epidemiological Procedures, Including Ongoing Disinfection Of The Vehicle And Its Equipment After Each Transport Requiring The Use Of Such Procedures.7. The Ambulance Equipment Should Be Complete, Technically Efficient And Have The Required Technical Inspections, Legalizations And Approvals For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law.8. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport That Prevents The Performance Of The Service, The Contractor Will Immediately Provide A Replacement Vehicle That Meets All The Requirements Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
