Wólczyńska To Plot No. 82/5 (Length Approx. 455 M), Including All Arrangements, Decisions, Industry Designs And Other Studies And Documents Required Or Necessary To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision, And Enabling The Conduct Of A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, As Well As The Correct Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Obtaining A Zrid Decision And Applying For The Award Of A Decision Zrid Immediate Enforceability Or Finality Clause, Depending On The Adopted Method Of Investment Implementation And The Needs Of The Ordering Party.
