The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of Ul. Wieruchowska On The Section From The Border With The Ożarów Commune To The Height Of Plot 97/20 In The Town Of Babice Nowe (Length Approx. 1,250 M), Including All Arrangements, Decisions, Industry Designs And Other Studies And Documents Required Or Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision, And Enabling The Conduct Of A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, As Well As The Correct Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Obtaining A Zrid Decision And Applying For The Zrid Decision To Be Immediately Enforceable Or Final, Depending On The Method Of Implementing The Investment And The Needs Of The Ordering Party.
