Task 1 Involves Regular Transport And Return Of Children Based On Monthly Tickets, Along With Providing Care To The Collection Point At The Place Of Residence. Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Student Transport Project Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Term Transport Means: Transporting Students And Their Care From Collection Points At Their Place Of Residence To School And Taking Students And Their Care From School To The Assembly Point At Their Place Of Residence On Days When School Classes Are Held.6. The Term Care Means: Employing A Guardian Who Will Ensure Safety And Hygiene Conditions When Children Board, Disembark And Travel By Bus.7. The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable For Accidents And Events Of Any Type Resulting In Bodily Injury, Death Or Material Damage Caused By The Contractors Activities.8. In Addition To Monthly Tickets, The Contractor Must Provide Care For Transported Students On All Transport Routes.9. The Ordering Party Excludes The Possibility Of Combining The Functions Of A Driver And A Caregiver. The Guardian Of Children Must Be An Adult With Appropriate Qualifications.10. A Guardian Must Be Provided For Transported Children On Each Route. Caregivers Should Be Equipped With At Least Reflective Vests To Improve Safety.11.
