Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From Farms In The Lisków Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Collection, Packaging, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos From Farms In The Lisków Commune. 2. The Estimated Quantity Of Products Containing Asbestos To Be Implemented Under This Order Is 79.26 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Scope Of The Order Specified Above, As Well As To Change The Number Of Properties, Due To The Fact That The Given Quantities Of Asbestos-Containing Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Were Estimated. 3. The Contractor Will Agree On The Date Of Completion Of The Works With The Owners Of Individual Properties Based On The List Received From The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Contract. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Set The Expected Dates For Starting And Completing Work With The Owners Of Individual Properties Included In The List, And Will Immediately Notify The Ordering Party About The Set Dates, No Later Than Within 3 Business Days After Making The Last Arrangements With The Owners Of The Properties.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Weigh The Weight Of The Received Products On-Site At Each Property Using A Certified Scale. The Weight Is Provided By The Contractor. A Report On The Collection Of Asbestos-Containing Waste Will Be Drawn Up In Three Copies, Containing The Name And Surname Of The Property Owner, Property Address, Date, Type Of Waste And Its Quantity, Together With The Contractors Declaration That The Work Related To The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products Was Performed Correctly, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, Including In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use And Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products. And That The Works Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With Appropriate Technical And Sanitary Regulations, And The Property Will Be Cleared Of Asbestos Dust. The Contractor Receives Two Copies Of The Report (In Order To Transfer One Of The Copies To The Ordering Party) And One Copy Will Be Sent To The Owner Of The Property. 5. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify, Within At Least 7 Days, The Intention To Carry Out Asbestos Removal Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, The Competent District Labor Inspector And The Competent State Sanitary Inspector - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use And Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2004, No. 71, Item 649).6. The Contractor Provides Employees, Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Performance Of This Contract. 7.
