Double Metal Swing: A) Dimensions: Height 243 Cm, Length 583 Cm, Width 213 Cm, B) Color Of The Device: Purple And Green. The Parameters Provided, Including Dimensions, Describing Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Initial Data. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of ± 10%. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Together With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Equipment And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Comply With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
