The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of One 4X4 Light Reconnaissance And Rescue Vehicle For The Zachełmna Volunteer Fire Department, The Detailed Description Of Which Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which, Supplemented By The Contractor With The Offered Car And Equipment, Should Be Attached To The Offer.2. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor: • Must Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. • The Vehicle Must Be Of Appropriate Quality, Free From Any Physical Defects, Legal Defects And Third-Party Claims And Meet All Requirements Under Polish Law, In Particular Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). • The Car Must Have A Cnbop Certificate.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation And Delivery Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1A To The Swz, And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz.4. Equivalent Solutions: 1) The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Act, However, The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Order Documents, Swz Or Annexes To The Swz, The Subject Of The Order Is Described With An Indication Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. They Apply To All Elements/Components Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Procedure That Are Required From The Contractor.2) A Similar Rule Applies In Cases Where References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law.3) Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Requires Additional Proof That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party.
