The Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Municipal Road In The City. Chełmce (Plot No. 347, 345/2, 340/1 In The City Of Chełmce On The Section From The Provincial Road No. 748, Ul. Świętokrzyska, Plot No. 42/3 To Plot No. 332 (Planned Turning Area). The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Obtaining Map Bases And Preparing Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation (Divisions) Related To Obtaining The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes. 2. Conducting An Inventory Of The Area In Order To Properly Determine The Terrain Conditions Necessary For The Correct Estimation Of The Costs And Scope Of Design Works. 3. The Project Should Include The Construction Of Bituminous Surfaces, Aggregate Roads, Drainage Of The Road And The Construction Of A Sidewalk. 4. Including In The Design Documentation All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Road, E.G. Intersections, Reconstruction/Construction Of Culverts, Strengthening Of Ditches Slopes, Collisions With Technical Infrastructure, Etc. 5. Agreement On Documentation With The Administrator Of The Municipal Road (Employer) And Voivodeship Road. 6. Agreements Regarding The Technical Solutions Used At The Design Stage. 7. Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Arrangements For The Implementation Of The Task Implementation Of The Works Within 15 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 10. Development, Agreement And Approval Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Design. The Subject Of The Order Should Include: All Studies, Arrangements And Documents Necessary To Obtain The Appropriate Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment. During The Development, The Contractor Will Submit The Concepts Of Technical/Design Documentation For Approval To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Design Work. The Design Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs. 2019. The Scope Of The Study Should Also Include: A) Carrying Out All Pre-Design Works Necessary To Prepare The Subject Of The Order. B) Performing Geotechnical Tests Of The Ground. C) Obtaining New Geodetic Bases To The Extent Necessary For Design. D) Other Studies And Arrangements Required For The Competent Authority To Issue A Notification/Permit/Zrid Decision For Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law Act And Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Appropriate Permission To Implement The Investment As Part Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Authors Supervision.
